Joyce and Julia Palgrave, identical twins, recently celebrated their 17th birthday this year with friends of the family. They are Year 12 students at Mercedes College. Their father Greg
is in public service. Their mother Ivee is originally from Mandaue City, Cebu, and wishes that the twins will continue to be proud of their Filipino heritage.
