In a Mother’s Day tribute, six outstanding mothers were presented the fi rst-ever Petawa Ulirang Ina Awards for 2017. The recognition was awarded during the premiere night of the theatre play Heal Our Land on the eve of Mother’s Day 2017, on 13th May, at Bob Daniels Theatre, Inglewood WA. The deserving recipients were: Mrs Lina Fabila, Mrs Faith Mercy
Rico, Mrs Femia Nastassi, Ms Olive Remoto, Mrs Elsa Maribbay, and Mrs Mariel Estanislao.
